A couple notes regarding the feedback form located here,
- As far as Coach Matt is aware, the comments are anonymous to the extent that there is no name nor email visible with them. Alternatively, for example, one comment was signed.
- One comment was critical. This is good. Criticisms need to be heard, thank you for sharing critical feedback. And, in this case, it’s a topic that is known and already being discussed among the leadership. None the less, that does not lessen the importance of hearing critical remarks.
Change is hard. But it’s also where growth takes place so the coaches and Andy are listening. Keep it coming.
