Get training: your summer plan is live

First practice is August 4. Our Summer Training App builds you a week-by-week plan, pick your fitness, pick your days, and ride.

Boulder High MTB riders in team kit, lined up and ready to ride

First practice is August 4. That’s the whole summer to get strong, and the riders who show up fast in the fall are the ones who put in the miles now. So we built you a tool to make it easy.

The Summer Training App

Head to boulderhighmtb.org/training. Pick your fitness level, pick how many days a week you can ride, and it builds a week-by-week schedule from today to the first practice. It’s properly periodized: a base phase to build your engine, a build phase to add intensity, and a peak timed to the season opener. Export it to your calendar, tweak it any time, share the link with a teammate so you’re on the same plan.

A few things worth knowing:

  • No fancy gear. Everything’s in plain effort terms, easy, tempo, hard. No power meter or heart rate monitor required.
  • Two days a week is enough to make a real difference. More is great, but consistency beats heroics.
  • Rest is part of the plan. The schedule has recovery built in. Trust it.

Stuck on which level fits, or have any questions at all? Email coach@boulderhighmtb.org and we’ll help you dial it in.

The hardest part is starting. So start. See you on the trail.
