Find your wave

When you stage.

Warm-ups are led by a coach or a team captain and start 55 minutes before staging, so the warm-up time is the one to set an alarm for. Staging is when you need to be in the chute with your plate on and your gel eaten, not when the gun goes. Tap your wave and the fuel planner will build the rest of your morning backward from it.

Race day fuel planner Set any staging time and it builds the whole morning, with a calendar export.

The League runs the same timetable on the other day of the weekend for the Platte division, so if you see a schedule going around with our times on a different day, that is what it is.

Before you go

Double-check these.

Monday, August 24 at noon

Two separate deadlines land at the same moment. League registration closes, and every registered rider has to have completed the Town of Frisco liability waiver. The waiver is not part of your League registration, so doing one does not do the other.

Parking

The venue lot fills early. There is off-site parking with a shuttle at the Summit County medical office, the DMV, the library and Summit Middle School.

No camping

Camping is not allowed at Frisco Adventure Park, so anyone staying over needs somewhere in town booked.

No bike wash

There is nothing on site, so bring whatever you need to clean your bike or plan on driving home dirty.

9,000 feet

Late August up there does whatever it likes. Bring more layers than you think you need, because standing on a course is a good deal colder than riding it.

Race ready checklist Bike, night before, and what to pack. It remembers what you have ticked.
