Steamboat Springs.
Howelsen Ski Area. Sunday, September 13.
When you stage.
Warm-ups are led by a coach or a team captain and start 55 minutes before staging, so the warm-up time is the one to set an alarm for. Staging is when you need to be in the chute with your plate on and your gel eaten, not when the gun goes. Tap your wave and the fuel planner will build the rest of your morning backward from it.

The League runs the same timetable on the other day of the weekend for the Platte division, so if you see a schedule going around with our times on a different day, that is what it is.
At the pit all day.
Our parent committee runs the team kitchen all weekend. Find the Boulder tents and bring an appetite.
Double-check these.
The League holds that deadline firmly and cannot add riders afterward. Call-up lists post on the League site by Thursday, September 10 at 5:00pm.
Lots at Howelsen Hill and the Steamboat Springs Rodeo Grounds, first come first served, so arrive early to park close. Off-site parking is available around town with walk and bike paths to the venue.
The venue has no food service either day, so the team pit and whatever you pack are the plan. The feed zone stocks Honey Stinger gels and water for racers, and the Steamboat Farmers Market runs Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm in town.
Camping is not allowed at Howelsen Hill. The KOA three miles out has sites and a free public bus to downtown. E-bikes are not permitted at the venue.
5.5-mile clockwise laps through the Emerald Mountain trails with 684 feet of climbing per lap, starting behind Olympian Hall and finishing at the Howelsen base. Fast, flowy, and famously loose in the corners, and the day starts at 6,732 feet.
Wheat Ridge Cyclery provides neutral support all weekend, so a race-morning mechanical is not the end of your day.
The venue also opens Friday, September 11 from 2:00 to 5:30pm for pre-ride and pit setup. Family and friends may ride the course after 5:30pm on Friday and Saturday, though EMS coverage ends at 5:30 both days.
The League's contest this race: come dressed as your favorite superhero. Teams are judged on participation and creativity at the awards ceremony.
